Refund policy
At All About Bagzzz, we want you to love every handbag or clutch you order. If something isn't quite right, our return process is simple and fair.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to begin a return, whether the item arrived defective or you've simply had a change of heart. After this window closes, we're no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included
- Accompanied by your receipt or order confirmation
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, including arranging and covering the cost of your own shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
No Restocking Fee
We don't charge a restocking fee on returns — the amount you paid is refunded in full, minus return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method — PayPal or Venmo — and typically appear within 7 business days of approval, though your bank or provider may take a bit longer to reflect it. All refunds are issued in US dollars.

Exchanges are available. Simply return the original item following the steps above, then place a new order for the item or size you'd prefer instead.
